Strategic & Partnering Opportunities

Lucid Pharma 3DS is focused on the application of medicinal chemistry and molecular design technologies to support the generation of differentiated pre-clinical therapeutic opportunities.

Alongside external discovery support activities, Lucid Pharma 3DS is advancing internally generated molecular design programmes in areas of significant unmet medical and commercial interest.

The company is currently exploring strategic discussions, scientific collaborations and early-stage partnering opportunities relating to selected internally developed programmes.

GLP-1 Receptor Agonist Programme

Lucid Pharma 3DS is currently developing a differentiated GLP-1 receptor agonist fast-follower programme focused on the identification of novel small molecule opportunities within the rapidly evolving metabolic disease landscape.

Current activities are focused on:
• molecular design and optimisation strategy
• evaluation of intellectual property positioning
• target candidate prioritisation
• development planning toward early experimental validation

The programme remains at an early pre-clinical stage and Lucid Pharma 3DS is actively exploring opportunities for strategic collaboration, scientific partnership and investment support to accelerate progression toward synthesis and biological evaluation.

Programme Rationale

Despite significant advances in incretin-based therapeutics, substantial opportunities remain for differentiated approaches addressing manufacturability, molecular properties, tolerability, route of administration, and broader metabolic disease applications.

Lucid Pharma 3DS believes that focused molecular design strategies combined with practical medicinal chemistry expertise may provide opportunities to identify novel candidates capable of addressing selected limitations associated with current therapeutic approaches.
