founded by Richard Jarjes-Pike, an experienced medicinal chemist and drug discovery scientist with expertise spanning hit identification, hit-to-lead, lead optimisation and early translational programme development across small molecule therapeutics.<br><br>Following DPhil study in organic chemistry at the University of Oxford, 2 years post doctoral research at the University of Nottingham and over 15 years were spent working within pharmaceutical and biotechnology discovery environments supporting the progression of discovery stage assets across multiple therapeutic areas.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6515267 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" chemistry expertise, experience includes cross-functional project coordination integrating computational chemistry, biology, DMPK, intellectual property strategy and external research partnerships to support efficient progression of early discovery programmes.<\/p><p>Lucid Pharma 3DS was established to combine practical medicinal chemistry experience with modern molecular design approaches to support both external discovery collaborations and internally generated therapeutic opportunities.<\/p><p>Current activities include development of the Radianz MDE molecular design platform and
